Sacred Temple of Bali – Pura Taman Ayun

After our stop at Krishna Bali for some souvenir shopping in the morning, we headed off to a Royal temple called Mengwi Pura Taman Ayun, located in Mengwi Village of Badung District, approximately 8km southwest from Ubud and 18km Northwest from Denpasar. Pura Taman Ayun is also known as the “Garden Temple in the Water”. It was built in 1634, by the King of Mengwi (I Gusti Agung Putu,) as a purpose to worship his ancestors. An encounter with the mischiefs – Bali, Indonesia

It was 7.30am when we departed towards KLIA airport. The flight from KL to Bali takes around 3 hours and it’s almost 2pm plus when we reach Ngurah Rai airport, we were greeted by our handsome tour guide and a lady holding a bunch of necklace made of fresh flowers, waiting to put them around our neck.
